Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products they purchase on our site, as specified on your order confirmation.
Customers bear all risks of loss and damage to any products from the time they have been cleared by us and delivery is deemed complete and title to the products passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by a common carrier.
HENNY MAESTRO shall not be liable for any delay, failure in performance or destruction to purchased property before delivered, which have been caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Exchange
If you would like an exchange, it can only be to the value of your original order. Any differences in price will be refunded. Please indicate on the return slip the item what you would like to exchange. Note: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds will be for the cost of the items returned and will not include original shipping costs. The cost of sending items for returns or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
HENNY MAESTRO reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not resalable - your statutory rights are not affected. If an item is damaged/ faulty you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org upon receiving the item and provide us with detailed images of the damage/fault immediately.
Sale items are non-returnable. This does not apply to faulty items.
If any provision of these general Terms and Conditions of sale is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these general Terms and Conditions of sale remain in full force to the extent permitted by law.
Customs and Duties
All customers must make themselves aware of the Policies of their country’s customs agencies.
HENNY MAESTRO is not responsible for any additional fees incurred as a result of taxes levied on items shipped.
